Schedule F lists the unsecured nonpriority debts that you owe. These are generally all of the debts that you owe that don’t qualify to be listed on scheduled D or E. This schedule will include your credit cards, medical bills, signature loans, check cashing companies, old cell phone or cable bills, etc.

As with the other schedules, you have to list how much you owe each of these creditors, the date you incurred the debt, whether there is a co-debtor, and whether this is a disputed debt.
